Jarmans Solicitors partner with Lucy AAC

Jarmans Solicitors, a law firm based in Sittingbourne, has chosen Lucy Air Ambulance for Children (Lucy AAC) as one of its core charities and will be hosting a series of events to raise valuable funds.

Owner and Senior Partner at Jarmans Solicitors, Jay Sahota, was drawn to support Lucy AAC because his daughter was born prematurely at just 27 weeks. Over the past two years, Lucy AAC has become a specialist in neonatal transfers having flown 24 premature babies in their bespoke incubator to specialist Neonatal Intensive Care Units across the UK.

Jay says:

After experiencing first-hand the overwhelming stress and anxiety that having a premature baby brings, I knew that supporting Lucy Air Ambulance for Children was right for Jarmans Solicitors. We feel motivated and inspired by the work that the charity does and we are excited about playing our part in changing children’s lives.

Lucy Air Ambulance for Children recently hosted a ‘Lunch & Learn’ at Jarmans’ offices on 14th August where employees could find out more about the charity and the impact they will have on the lives of children across the UK.

As part of the partnership, Jarmans Solicitors are also hosting a quiz night on 14th September and a networking event in the upcoming months. A special thank you goes to Gordon, Head of the Family Department, who has pledged to lose two stone by Christmas in aid of Lucy AAC.
